Platform Owner Pal / Depal Contract Type Permanent Country ITALY Location Parma Your opportunity Sidel is looking for its Beverage Palletizer & Depalletizer Platform Owner.
As such he/she will be responsible for the Platform's specifications, architecture, evolutions, cost and technical performance.
Your Mission He/she will work with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure Portfolio management and product roadmap execution and as such will:  Be accountable for the platform's technical performance, including cost, delivery time and respect of specifications Manage and control platform evolutions : define needs, priorities and coherence with platform/modules architecture Collect requirements from product management, supply, sourcing, technical support and translate them in specifications for the equipment Evaluate risk, cost and delivery impact and lead decision process for each evolution request Organize/ Lead Product Evolution Committee : MoM, follow-up, etc.   Responsible of PDP Product Life Cycle activities (evolution, range extension etc. ) and associated budget Be a key technical referent for the Program Manager and team member on all Product Development PDP projects Ensure technical documentation availability, quality and continuous update Secure implementation of main technical guidelines or regulations (safety, hygienic design, automation, etc. ) Participate in customers meetings (performances issues, technical improvement requests, etc.
Deliver technical feedback and/or risk assessment to Product Management about sales support needs Secure content and availability of sales support and configuration tools (platform dimensioning tools, consumption tables, etc. ) Your Profile Masters Degree or equivalent Deep knowledge of End of Line equipment ( Palletizer, Depalletizer, conveyors, etc. ) through experience in Engineering, Product Support, Product or Program Management English
