YOUR TEAM

You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research.

Your main responsibilities will be:

·planning and management of the works relating to the plants in the Institute's offices, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and practices;

·management of job orders, also with the role of construction manager.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in Engineering/ Professional Diploma;

· Enrollment in the Order of Engineers/ College of Experts with authorization to sign projects;

· Experience and knowledge relating to electrical, special, air conditioning, thermal, hydraulic, suction, vacuum, gas and compressed air systems and site safety.

· Knowledge of the management of authorization practices related to the plants;

· Knowledge of the Procurement Code Legislative Decree 36/23 and of the TU 81/08;

· Knowledge of applications for drawing up graphic projects and bills of quantities;

· Experience in the sector, preferably within research centres;

· Good knowledge of the English language;

· Knowledge of the main Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;

· Accuracy and good ability to analyze and search for information.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

· Knowledge and practice of BIM;

· At least three years of experience in the design, management and organization of construction sites, in particular in the management of construction site contracts and accounting, preferably in the context of public procurement;

· Experience in fire prevention;

· Enabling to carry out the activity of safety coordinator in the design and execution phase;

· Excellent communication skills;

· Strong orientation to problem solving;

· Strong motivation to learn and improve;

· Excellent time management and ability to prioritize assigned activities;

· Ability to work in a challenging and international environment;

· Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment.
