Picking Coordinator

Stipendio: 50.000 - 70.000

As Services Center Operator, you will be in charge of coordinating the picking area and projects FAT zone, working closely with inbound and packing areas, becoming a multiskilled figure like the other area coordinators.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in conjunction with project production planners, project managers, part administrators, procurement department, quality control, and equipment warehouse.
You will report to the Services Center Parma Manager.
Your Mission Locate inbounded materials in the proper storage bin and/or shelves Hourly check of picking lists Execute picking activity and coordinate/support area operators Periodical check of storage bins inventory Open/close/modify storage bins capacity in SAP Assist during Line Solutions projects FAT Handle inbound and packing interchangeability in case of workload peak Your Profile Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels and with all functions Sensitive and positive attitude Team spirit mindset and problem-solving approach Ability to work comfortably under pressure and in crisis situations Upper Secondary education (employment relevant skills) Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel Basic English, written and spoken Proficiency in Italian Additional Requirements SAP knowledge is a plus.
