Description: Marsh Advisory – Claims Solutions, società controllata di Marsh – leader mondiale nei servizi di brokeraggio assicurativo – offre servizi di consulenza assicurativa di altissimo livello nell’ambito della perizia di danno e della preparazione del claim. È alla ricerca di candidati/e per la seguente posizione basata nell’ufficio di Milano: Perito di Parte Senior La figura diel perito di parte si occuperà di operare in autonomia nell’attività di preparazione, quantificazione e negoziazione di sinistri complessi in ambito Property (danni diretti e danni indiretti) nell’interesse dei propri clienti.
Tipologia di Attività: Supporto ed affiancamento ai clienti sin dalle prime fasi del sinistro per il coordinamento delle azioni di salvataggio, messa in sicurezza e di bonifica; Supporto al cliente nella ricerca ed attuazione delle iniziative volte a evitare o mitigare il danno conseguente all’eventuale interruzione dell’attività a seguito del sinistro; Assistenza al cliente nell’attuare le azioni necessarie per il rispetto degli obblighi di polizza; Analisi del contratto assicurativo per la corretta applicazione delle condizioni di polizza; Predisposizione della migliore strategia volta alla massimizzazione del risultato; Esame preventivo e strategico della documentazione a supporto del danno; Supporto nell’analisi degli eventuali profili di responsabilità contrattuali ed extracontrattuali di soggetti terzi eventualmente coinvolti nella causazione dell’evento; Preparazione, quantificazione e negoziazione del claim assicurativo; Attività di relazione, coordinamento, trattativa con i periti nominati dalle Compagnie assicuratrici ai fini della liquidazione dei danni.
Requisiti: Esperienza pluriennale nella quantificazione dei danni property sia diretti che indiretti; Lingua inglese fluente; Spiccate doti relazionali; Disponibilità a trasferte anche frequenti; Capacità di lavorare in team; Capacità di problem solving; Orientamento al cliente; Orientamento ai risultati.  is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor.
