Payment Acceptance Support (Project Manager)

The Role: Herzum is seeking a  Payment Acceptance Support ( Project Manager) to join our team and assist one of our Clients in the Payment sector.
Your Responsibilities: Manage the implementation of the POS acceptance solution and infrastructure.
Build and monitor all POS and ATM business requirements and project plans.
Produce product specifications and documentation of all POS acceptance and other-schemas cardholders sales solutions (as required).
Conduct site and discovery sessions to identify operational requirement.
Supervise POS system software and hardware configuration tests.
Provide support for the development of required daily reporting across product categories with acquirer Develop POS Help Desk plan.
Develop POS and other-schemas cardholders sales training (as required) and troubleshooting materials for all onsite Event staff.
What We Expect From You: Bachelors in IT or equivalent expertise in  Financial Services Industry.
Knowledge of local financial services/acquiring system.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Fluency in  Italian and  English.
Location: onsite in Milan ( Italy).
It might be required to travel for a few days/month.
