It isn’t a question. Be responsible to define the Digital Pharmacy strategic evolution, to win digitally with Pharmacists for Italy.
This role will be responsible to define plans, explore and implement innovative ways and tools to engage with the defined audience and set the right A&P allocation to deliver the plan.
This role will work in strong partnership with Multichannel Specialist to ensure the proper and timely execution of the strategy, as well as with Comex and Pharmacy Sales team to make sure to deliver relevant and effective approach.
Reporting into the BU Expert Marketing Lead, success will be achieved by working closely with the rest of the LOC Expert teams, as SPOC for HHP, guiding content collection from other categories to have a wide content offer for Pharmacists.
The role will work closely with the Marketing OTC teams, Comex, PH Sales, media agency, Regulatory and Medical as well.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to define the Digital Pharmacy strategy evolution to win digitally with Pharmacists.
Define plans, innovative ways and tools to engage with the audience and the right A&P allocation to deliver the plan.
Define OTC media brief to deliver the plan and collect inputs from Oral care and VMS manager to complete the digital offer with these categories.
Responsible to develop and implement the Haleon Pharm Academy Project and its future development.
Responsible to guide the evolution of HHP (new activations and project management) supported by Multichannel specialist.
Manage end to end KOL engagement according to priorities and projects Explore and manage new opportunities to deliver the plan, leveraging partnerships with scientific associations or other partners Pharmacy environment.
Cooperate and control external agencies and service providers.
Managing Expert A&P budget.
Collaborate with the BU and with Global teams to get inspired, share learnings and scale projects.
Provides guidance on OTC content to support Pharmacy trainers in their content development for trainings with Clients and sales agents.
Ability to develop professional, empathetic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (KEE, associations. . ) Strong competence in presentation, communication, and project management, also in the organization Capability to manage complexity and cross functional teams High level of autonomy required to define strategy and implement it and to properly interact with Global teams Good knowledge of software systems (MS Office) High level of integrity Patient/ Consumer focused, experience of turning insight into action Strong leadership & influencing skills across multiple stakeholder levels Proactive identification of business opportunities and innovative Leadership Ability to deliver to critical timelines Strong communication and influencing skills.
