JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: The Optical Digital Merchandiser will be a pivotal figure inside the Digital Operations team, working within the EMEA e Commerce Business team.
He/ She will work closely with EMEA ecommerce managers and will manage site merchandising activities for Optical banners.
He/she will be the key POC for assortment display and sorting.
He/ She will oversee the correct display of product collections and the optimization of digital tools in line with the central business strategy. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Product Launches coordination : support operatively the launch of new collections, monitoring correct product display and online sorting.
Data driven on-site optimization : monitor website KP Is and results related to consumer behaviour on multiple areas of the website (HP, Search bar, PL Ps, PD Ps, Cart).
Take corrective actions.
Build and share ways of working: Define best-practices and coordinate their implementation in the EMEA perimeter. NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL: Digital growth team, Calendar Manager, e Commerce Editors, Network of EMEA e Commerce managers, IT and Digital product owners.
Branding and merchandising team, Analytics team. TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Educational Background in Economics or Marketing is a plus At least 2/3 years of experience in E-commerce/ Site Merchandising in similar companies is required Strong problem solving and organizational skills Analytical skills Ability to interact with different internal and external stakeholders is a must Good experience in managing product collections and product releases Knowledge about CMS is a plus Flexibility, lateral thinking and proactive/positive approach Good eye for contents/images, product shootings and visual sensibility Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Passion for digital contents and products is a must LANGUAGES: Italian – Professional level and/or mothertongue English – Professional level and/or mothertongue Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
