Operation Agent, Road - Expeditors Milano (Candidates must be eligible to work in EU)

Job Description




• Role: GNS Agent


• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow


• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system


• Track and Trace files and reporting


• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing


• Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable


• Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards


• Work with other departments ( Ocean, Air) to manage and integrate goods into the network using ground services


Qualifications




• 1-2 years  related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience


• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results


• Pro-active, strong organizational skills


• Good computer skills ( Excel, Word)


• Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory)
