We are looking for a Night Manager to join our Front Office team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.
He/ She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.
Reports to: Front Office Manager Main Duties &Responsibilities: Handle all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, escorting, cashier operations, guest care) in accordance with Belmond policies, procedures, and compliance with our code of conduct.
Perform daily closure, cashier checks for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, and provide data to statistics and local government institutions.
Assist with all guest requests.
Handle emergencies according to procedures.
Manage and support 2 team members.
Ensure smooth night operations and maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements At least 2 years of previous work experience in the same senior position at 5-star luxury hotels Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in a third language is preferred Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, and proficiency with the Microsoft suite Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally Ability to manage night operations effectively Other Requirements: Effective and punctual written and verbal communication to keep relevant colleagues and departments updated Ability to work cohesively within a team, showing respect and willingness to share information and skills Commitment to continuous self-development Accuracy and precision in all duties and checks performed Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and remain calm under pressure Benefits Belmond and You: We offer a seasonal labor contract in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (C.

Compensation: Monthly gross salary: €2,200 to €2,400, depending on previous experience Separate payslips for the 13th and 14th months' salaries and severance pay (TFR) Welfare incentive based on quality goals.
