As an F&B Director, you will oversee the F&B department of the Hotel inspiring the team to create an extraordinary experience for our guests.
Your responsibilities include: Developing and implementing an F&B strategy, focusing on revenue growth and achieving company-set goals.
Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all F&B departments ( Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Kitchen, Events Sales), delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Preparing annual F&B budgets and manage them in a fiscally responsible manner, ensuring cost controls and adherence to financial goals.
Leading and supervising the F&B Team, ensuring everyone is well-trained and motivated.
Mastering the organization of all the activities related to the management and coordination of the F&B department.
Improving the quality of the services offered and diversifying them in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
Ensuring compliance to the HACCP regulation.
Managing F&B operations according to the budget.
Production of reports supporting the activities of the F&B direction.
Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality.
Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
Proven experience in the role in 5-star Hotels.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
High performance when at the PC.
Impeccable grooming standards.
Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
