Your Role Il manutentore lavorerà sulla manutenzione e l'ottimizzazione dei nostri sistemi automatizzati all’interno di un nuovo magazzino a Dese (VE) gestito da Kuehne+ Nagel per un cliente operativo nel settore del lusso.
Your Responsibilities Eseguire la manutenzione su tutte le parti del sistema automatizzato (sistema shuttle, sistema di trasporto, stazione di picking, macchina automatica per nastratura, ecc. ), rispettando gli standard di salute e sicurezza.
Affrontare rapidamente e dare priorità agli errori di sistema.
Identificare e risolvere potenziali guasti in anticipo per mantenere un'elevata efficienza del sistema.
Comunicare efficacemente con altri team e risolvere insieme i problemi.
Sviluppare, aggiornare e gestire il piano di manutenzione del magazzino, con particolare attenzione ai sistemi automatizzati.
Diagnosticare le cause dei guasti per ridurre i tempi di inattività e analizzare i guasti.
Gestire l'inventario dei pezzi di ricambio e collaborare con la direzione per i processi di rifornimento.
Identificare i rischi e suggerire miglioramenti per il magazzino automatizzato.
Utilizzare la conoscenza dei sistemi SCADA, PLC, strumenti di manutenzione e software Office.
Lavorare su turni alternati per garantire la disponibilità del sito (no turno notturno).
Seguire le procedure per garantire una manutenzione efficiente.
Collaborare con il team Operations per stabilire obiettivi e priorità.
Your Skills and Experiences Preferibilmente 2-3 anni di esperienza in operazioni di magazzino automatizzato di media scala.
Conoscenza del funzionamento di magazzini automatizzati.
Esperienza in attività e pianificazione della manutenzione.
Diploma di Scuola Superiore.
