The position
As Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Specialist, you will join our team and support the introduction of new products, digital solutions, and process optimizations within the production department. You will play a key role in implementing innovative technologies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving efficiency improvements.

Main responsibilities will include:
· Support the introduction of new products and technologies, ensuring seamless in-tegration into production
· Develop digital solutions to streamline production processes and enhance effi-ciency
· Collaborate in cross-functional teams for MES implementation, system integra-tion, and data extraction solutions using Application Programming Interface (API) queries
· Manage Production CAP As, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and continuous improvement initiatives
· Support internal audits and external inspections and contribute to the drafting and implementation of procedures

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
· Hold an academic degree in life sciences, engineering, It or other related subjects
· Have proven experience within MES related roles
· Preferably have experience within the pharmaceutical or other GMP regulated in-dustry
· Are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken

On a personal level, you are well organized, good at problem solving and goal oriented. You posses great communication skills and are a team-player.

About the department
The Technical Production Excellence is a team of around 30 young professionals that plays a key role in improving, optimizing and ensuring compliance in our manufacturing processes. We promote a collaborative working environment where we celebrate team-work and continuous learning.

By joining this team, you will have the opportunity to manage critical documentation, in-cluding SO Ps, Master Batch Records, Change Controls, and Work Instructions, to im-prove operational efficiency and quality. Additionally, we lead the digitalization of manu-facturing processes and the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to enhance productivity, traceability, and data-driven decision-making. Finally, you will take part in cross-functional projects related to new products, processes and manufacturing lines implementation.
