Requirements What You'll Do: Help Our Partners: Take calls and provide initial advice to our B2B partners in Italian Provide Updates: Keep our partners informed about ongoing cases and provide regular updates Lend a Hand: Assist other operation teams with communication in Italian Handle Inquiries: Respond to information requests from B2B partners Record Details: Document all your work in our CRM system.
