Francis Hospital (PSF) are looking for a locum vascular surgeon to help provide the team with coverage Nov Dec and will have ongoing 2025 days.
Candidates must be able to help with dates needed in job description to be considered for ongoing dates of coverage into 2025.
Call coverage for vascular surgery includes surgical treatment of blunt and other vascular trauma.
BID DUE DATE: First to Fill! Rate Caps for Submission: Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours.
Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call ( Daily) xx Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis Call Back xx476525 Must match Hourly rate Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Credentialing Information: Credentialing timeframe: 6090 days but typically much less time if everyone is responsive.
Site prefers to complete within 30 days.
Credentialing with other facilities No Billing enrollment Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less No EMR Required Training: Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
EMR Virtual training & Onsite training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training.
Virtual EMR training is schedule before the providers first day.
If onsite training is required it is typically looped into the morning of their first day.
