The Role
The primary focus of this role is programming Shima Seiki machines (gg 3-14, regular, intarsia) using APEX III and IV for a fashion house, which produces high-end woman collections. Moving from developing stitches and models from sketches through to the management of the knitting machines for the production.
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience on brand name knitting programs: Shima Seiki on Apex III
• Minimum B1 Level English language skills, Italian would be advantageous
• Working knowledge of Excel, computer system
• Able to develop stitches and models from sketches and take these through to production
• Team player
• Adaptable problem solver
• Keen eye for detail
• Resilient
