As a Junior Service Project Manager, you will be trained to be in charge of all relevant management activities for various kinds of service projects cooperating with internal and external partners and functions ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with Siemens Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments, achieving customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

A tutor will be assigned to you for all the duration of the apprenticeship contract (24 months), and you will be trained on the following main tasks:


• support the execution and planning phases of assigned projects of service related to erection, I&C of new power transformers as well as spare parts, maintenance, upgrade/repair projects,


• support in selling products and services to customers preparing related technical-commercial offers to satisfy customers requests;


• support the coordination of the Field Service Technician Team and all resources involved in the projects;


• prepare the necessary administrative documents requested by Customers to access to their sites, including, for instance, health and safety docs. and also technical final reporting of activities carried out. Claim management, but also proposal and sales activities will be part of the scope.


• ensure the fulfillment of contract specifications, requirements, clauses, costs and timing in collaboration with other departments and external stakeholders involved;


• establish and maintain customers relationship;

What You Bring


• Bachelor or Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical or management engineering


• As you act in an international environment, you bring business-fluent English and Italian language skills. A third Language ( German, French or Spanish) would be a plus;


• You are a flexible and an open-minded person thinking out of the boundaries to achieve your goal.


• As you work closely with clients and other departments, you have a good communication and strong leadership skills;


• You are independent with Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel. Base knowledge of SAP is considered a plus.
