Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Junior Product Manager responsible for the product development lifecycle according to profitability terms, timing and execution processes, within marketing specifications to ensure company new launch goals and terms.
In particular, the Junior PM is responsible for the ideation, creation and implementation of new product launches in terms of product development, communication and in-store activation, including: Management of the product portfolio - definition of key product features (packaging, texture), sales forecasts, price positioning according to the brand strategy and investments Analysis of trends, competition and identification of new consumer insights360° Implementation of new launches: communication, retail products and follow-up of sales Creation and management of communication campaigns Support and contribution to the new launches digital strategies Competition and new KIKO launches performance analysis to implement strategies and maximize business objectives What you will need to succeedfrom 2 to 3-year experience on product development in the food, fashion or cosmetics industry Degree or Master in Economics, Marketing or Management Engineering Strong leadership and operational discipline Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial spirit and positive mindset Passion for beauty business and attention to emerging trends Excellent knowledge of Excel and main marketing operational tools Fluency in English We would love if you hadA leader-driven approach Ability to learn on the job Highly collaborative style &willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams Active listening Emotional intelligence Openness to a culture of continuous feedbackKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
