We are looking for an Apprentice for Smart Infrastructure, in Milan within the Buildings area who will be trained as Junior Installed Base Process Owner - Administrative Support.
During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

Your Challenge
As Junior Installed Base Process Owner some of your main activities will be:
• Set up and maintain accurate, complete and consistent customer master and i Base data on Siemens platforms; SAP, dedicated I Base management tools
• Monitor, report, and resolve customer data quality issues in a timely manner
• Update functional location/equipment data following site changes.
• Report on KPI's and drive data quality excellence
• Align with Global i Base Strategy initiatives
• Support Digital Service Center with administrative tasks
• Being responsible for the governance of the tools included in the process
Required entry qualifications:
• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
• Technical academical background ( High school Diploma, ITS Degree, Degree)
• You have the ambition to develop your knowledge of the services market and its processes.
• You have familiarity with SAP, Microsoft products ( Power BI, Outlook, Excel)
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Passion to never-stop growing
