Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in BolognaMAIN TASKS: The candidate will be gradually in charge of all steps of the selection process, namely: cvs screeningphone screening and interviews schedulingjob posting on the usual recruiting channels (i. e. university portals, LinkedIN)reportingHR interviewsattendance to career fairs and university events EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master's Degree in Humanities ( Languages, Literature, Philosophy, History) or Psychology. up to 2 years of experience in the Recruiting team of either a middle/big organization or in an employment agencyvery good command of English (at least B2) and preferably of a non EU language: the knowledge of either Arabic or Turkish is considered a plus. familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point) SOFT SKILLS: Empathy and ability to get connected with others Communication and public speaking skills Teamworking attitude Willingness to work in a multicultural context Ability to recognize priorities and meet deadlines LOCATION: BolognaWHAT WE OFFER:COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFIT Our history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
