Purpose of the role: The Junior CM Manager will support the CM Manager in influencing the brand strategy with the management of disciplinary muti-talents ( Influencers, Content creators, music, sport), with the aim of helping in individualising the right brand ambassador, according to the brand strategy and the campaign objectives to be achieved.
He/ She will also support in identifying the key moments of the Italian Culture calendar (MFW, Salone, Sanremo, etc. ) and oversee them with appropriate initiatives that he/she will have to organise and manage to give visibility and credibility to the brand, while respecting business objectives. What you'll do Support in the definition of the CM talent pool (music, culture, influencer marketing, content creators) at all levels: low tier, mid-tier, star.
Support in the identification of new trends and subcultures with which to influence brand, portfolio and sell-in strategies.
Support in the presidium of the most important cultural events in Italy (MFW, Salone del Mobile, Sanremo) with relevant, visible and strategic initiatives for the brand.
Support in the identification and activation of the most suitable talent for each strategy, working in a cross-category context.
Support in fostering the development of cross-category communication strategies, aimed at contaminating the world of sport with the world of lifestyle, in a credible and relevant way for the brand.
Support in encouraging the development of cross-category communication languages and methods that emphasise and strategically reinforce the trends detected on the market by consumers (i. e. lifestyle + sports apparel mix).
Support in the identification and connection with sports, cultural and music talents relevant to Gen Z, to promote their activation in a cross-category (lifestyle &sports) logic consistent with the business strategy.
Support in the identification of new events and manifestations where the brand can be inserted in a visible way, relevant to the core target and consistent with the business strategy (ie. music festivals) KP Is: Monitor performance of partners against KP Is to feedback to stakeholders on success and outcome of partners placement in media or publishing of content on social channels Skills you'll need : Strong interpersonal/communication skills and high level of strategic thinking.
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms Experience in digital marketing/communications.
Superior writing, research, presentation and project management skills.
Ability to manage and / or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups: product marketing, communications, social, digital and retail.
Understanding of editorial planning, particularly across PR and social landscape Strong written and verbal, presentation and organizational skills Project management experience – managing stakeholder groups, budgets and timelines Fluent written and spoken English language skills Knowledge, passion and understanding of sports Proven track record in Influencer Marketing Proven experience in content creation for social Main requirements: 2+ years industry or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Location The role will be based in our new Office in Milan!
