Prometeia Advisor Sim, a leading company in financial consultancy aimed at institutional investors, is looking for a Junior Analyst to join a work team specialised in data management and Product (with a particular focus on UCITS funds) Selection activities ( Peer Group analysis, quantitative methodologies, selection process, relations with Industry).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Degree with excellent grades in economics/finance, statistics disciplines, together with solid knowledge of the functioning and dynamics of financial markets, the main investment instruments and associated risks.
Knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and Power Point; knowledge of programming languages and applications supporting data analysis and management (e. g. : Matlab, Python, Access, VBA).
Ability to use the main Data Providers ( Bloomberg) and knowledge/experience in the actuarial field is an asset.
SOFT SKILLS: Analytics skills Problem solving Communication skills, autonomy, time management and aptitude for teamwork.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Interest in financial market trends in relation to the current economic environment, together with an aptitude for the practical translation of knowledge acquired at the university environment.
