Responsibilities - Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone' email' and chat. - Address customer inquiries regarding e-cigarette products' orders' and company policies. - Resolve customer issues efficiently' ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. - Educate customers about e-cigarette usage' safety' and product features. - Document customer interactions and keep accurate records within our CRM system. - Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to convey customer feedback and insights. - Stay informed about e-cigarette industry trends and product developments.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory, proficiency in English is preferred. - Previous experience in customer support' preferably in the tobacco or e-cigarette industry. - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. - Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism. - Familiarity with e-cigarette products and an interest in the vaping industry. - Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
