In this key role' you will be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers' providing exceptional support with software inquiries' technical issues' and product-related questions.
Your fluency in Italian and your passion for technology will help ensure that our customers have a positive and efficient experience.
Join us in delivering top-notch customer service in the dynamic IT sector! Responsibilities - Deliver excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels' including phone' email' and chat. - Assist customers with inquiries related to software usage' troubleshooting' and account management. - Document and track all customer interactions accurately to ensure effective follow-up. - Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate issues and oversee prompt resolutions. - Stay updated on product advancements' IT trends' and best practices to provide accurate information to customers. - Work towards achieving and exceeding key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and service response times. - Participate in ongoing training initiatives to enhance your knowledge and skills in customer service and technology.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Previous experience in customer service' particularly in the IT or tech industry is advantageous. - Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. - Technical understanding and enthusiasm for IT solutions and software products. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Flexibility to work various shifts' including weekends' as needed.
