Key Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone' email' and chat. - Provide detailed information on available vehicles' pricing options' and rental policies. - Assist customers with the booking process and handle any modifications or cancellations efficiently. - Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly' ensuring a smooth rental experience. - Collect feedback from customers to help improve our services and based on their experiences. - Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure timely vehicle availability and service delivery. - Stay informed about industry changes and best practices to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' with excellent communication skills in both languages. - Experience in customer service' preferably within the travel or automotive industries. - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. - Proficient in using computer systems for managing reservations and customer interactions. - Ability to handle problems efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations. - Team player with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. - Flexibility to work various shifts' including evenings and weekends if needed.
