Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries via phone' email' and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve customer complaints and issues while providing exceptional service. - Provide accurate information about automotive products and services to customers. - Maintain and update customer records and interaction history in the system. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams or management as needed. - Assist with order processing and tracking for customers in the automotive sector. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements - Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and proficient in English. - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role' preferably in the automotive industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. - Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus. - A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
