We are looking for an Internship Guest Experience to become part of our Front of the House Team.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Supporting our Guest Experience team in all daily tasks
• Assisting in the coordination of guest activities and experiences
• Handling guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local attractions
• Supporting the team in managing guest feedback and ensuring follow-up actions
• Assisting with the preparation and delivery of personalized guest amenities
• Application of LQA and Belmond standards
Requirements
• Customer service attitude
• Fluent in English and Italian. A third language is a plus;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package ( Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher)
• Willing to learn and grow professionally in luxury hospitality

• Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues
