INTERNATIONAL PROJECT LEADER

On behalf of an innovative communication agency that combines strong scientific expertise with creativity, strategic vision with digital activities, and is highly focused on the pharmaceutical sector, Pharma Point is looking for an: International Project Leader You will join a dynamic and constantly evolving group that supports its clients in developing innovative solutions: from tech to digital, from cross-disciplinary language integration to cross-market strategies, to deliver high-impact and effective communication projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage integrated communication projects within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, coordinating all phases from initial briefing to final execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, medical, digital, events, etc. ) to develop and implement innovative strategies.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure projects remain on track and meet quality standards.
Lead and support meetings, presentations, and workshops both internally and with external partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
Contribute to strategic planning and continuously assess market trends to propose effective, high-impact communication solutions.
Manage and maintain relationships with international key stakeholders and industry experts to drive business growth and innovation. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a communication agency and pharmaceutical/healthcare environment, with a focus on international event management.
Proven expertise in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Open-minded and adaptable in multicultural environments.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
