Responsibilities:– Analyze project data to pinpoint areas for improvement using lean principles. – Monitor and report on project progress to the company board. – Support teams in achieving objectives and key performance indicators through active participation in lean initiatives.
Requirements:– Degree in engineering management or related field. – Strong organizational and multitasking skills. – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. – Problem-solving mindset with a passion for teamwork. – Native Italian speaker with a good command of English (B2 level minimum). – Previous professional experience considered a plus.
