Your tasks IT Coordination activities for insourced and outsourced for the site and production environment.
First & second level support for insourced infrastructure and end-users.
Provide and coordinate technical support for internal and external applications.
Collaboration with external IT providers to ensure the smooth operation and support of both insourced and outsourced ICT infrastructure and applications.
Your profile 5 years IT Support and/or IT Coordination minimum.
IT Technician Advanced Diploma or Higher Education and/or successful track record in IT Support Operations and Applications.
Knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
Experience in managing and configuring Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Knowledge on Server Virtualization technologies such as V Mware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Cloud Technologies and Integration.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS, particularly in hybrid environments for application hosting, backups, and scalability.
Fluency in Italian and English.
