Job Description Join Epta as an HSE Manager and steer the development and execution of our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategies across EMEA.
You will drive the implementation of safety systems, ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards, and lead initiatives to prevent injuries, and promote a culture of safety in both industrial and non-industrial sites.
Your contribution Develop and implement Health & Safety strategies across EMEA, ensuring a safe working environment that prevents injuries and ill health for all employees.
Define and implement safety standards for manufacturing and non-industrial sites, aligning with global EHS policies to drive continuous improvement in safety practices.
Conduct comprehensive safety audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards, and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Manage Health & Safety budgets and prioritize interventions, balancing legal compliance, safety improvements, and operational needs to enhance overall safety performance.
Develop and deploy Sustainability and Environmental programs, contributing to Epta’s commitment to sustainable practices and reducing environmental impact across manufacturing facilities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to HSE teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective training, skill development, and team cohesion.
Your journey The HSE Manager must possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and effectively collaborate across functions to drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (with a specialization in HSE) and/or a qualification in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science.
In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.
Expertise in HSE auditing, risk assessment, and safety management systems.
Experience in developing and implementing HSE strategies across multiple sites.
Proficiency in managing budgets and prioritizing HSE interventions.
Familiarity with global HSE audit protocols and compliance monitoring.
