Position: Hotel General Manager

Location: Vicenza, Italy

Salary: around €95,000 + Annual Performance Bonus + Loyalty Bonus

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hotel General Manager for a 4-star superior hotel located in Vicenza, Italy. With around 100 rooms and capacity for up to 400 guests, it offers many facilities and experiences to its clients.

Tasks:


• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellence in all departments.


• Achieve sales and budget targets through effective management and marketing strategies.


• Supervise and coordinate staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.


• Maintain high standards of quality and service to meet guest expectations.


• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for efficient supply of goods and services.


• Control operational costs to maximize hotel profitability.


• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate:


• Experience in a similar role


• Deep knowledge and passion for the F&B sector, with demonstrated experience and skills in restaurant and bar management.


• Proven ability in spa facility management is a plus


• Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.


• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards achieving goals.


• Fluency in Italian and English is a must
