With around 100 rooms and capacity for up to 400 guests, it offers many facilities and experiences to its clients.
Tasks: Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellence in all departments.
Achieve sales and budget targets through effective management and marketing strategies.
Supervise and coordinate staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
Maintain high standards of quality and service to meet guest expectations.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for efficient supply of goods and services.
Control operational costs to maximize hotel profitability.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate: Experience in a similar role Deep knowledge and passion for the F&B sector, with demonstrated experience and skills in restaurant and bar management.
Proven ability in spa facility management is a plus Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards achieving goals.
Fluency in Italian and English is a must
