We are looking for a Front Desk Agent/ Guest Relations professional who will serve as a welcoming figure for our distinguished guests.
This role combines responsibilities of guest relations and front desk operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and delightful experience from check-in to check-out.
Key responsibilities include managing reservations, performing check-in and check-out duties, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
The ideal candidate should possess a warm and engaging personality, a passion for hospitality, and exemplary customer service skills.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest relations role, in a luxury hotel environment.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and another language is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with guests.
Proficient with hotel management software; knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Candidates must be entitled to work in Italy at the moment of application.
