The person sought, reporting to the IT Manager, will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities
- Supporting the IT team in the systems area with regard to virtual infrastructure, networking, cloud services; - Manage the ticketing portal and provide support to internal users regarding company software, office package, windows environment and hardware; - Ensure the operation of all workstations; - Normalise domain users; - Analysing, verifying and normalising the inventory of hardware and software devices; - Support the management of fixed/mobile telephones; - Support the management of rented printers, replace toners and other consumables. Role Requirements: - Preferable IT background; - Previous experience of at least 3 years in the role of Help Desk technician / System Integrator in medium-sized companies and/or system integrators; - Good knowledge of the English language; - Good knowledge of the Windows environment (client and server).
