Our Global Support Function Corporate Information & Quality Management is looking for a YOU ACT Help Desk service Management of basic IT issues with the use of ticketing and asset management tools made available by the company Installation and configuration of IT devices such as laptops, workstations, smartphones, etc.
YOU KNOW Knowledge of the main IT infrastructure systems such as switches, firewalls, virtualized environments with V Mware and Microsoft Windows server.
Good interpersonal skills Predisposition for teamwork Experience in Help Desk or systems engineering activities is appreciated Good knowledge of spoken and written English Technical diploma or degree WE CONVINCE
