About the Role As the Head of Product at MotorK, you’ll lead the strategy, ideation, planning, and execution of our Digital Marketing and Lead Management Products for car dealers and manufacturers across European markets.
Reporting directly to the CPMO, this position is crucial in shaping the commercial impact of our product portfolio, especially within Lead Spark - our multi-client, European-level lead management system.
What You'll Do Lead and oversee multiple cross-functional product teams, including Team Lead Product, Product Designers, Product Managers, and Product Analysts.
Analyze customer feedback to drive enhancements in existing products and guide the development of new ones, particularly for CRM and lead management solutions.
Collaborate with product marketing to support go-to-market strategies.
Define long-term goals for the product and align short-term objectives to achieve those goals.
Develop detailed specifications and plans for innovative products, including prototypes or models for design testing.
Manage budgets for new product development projects and ensure cost control.
Research emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth within the industry.
Evaluate the success of new products based on key performance metrics such as sales volume, profit margins, and customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements Extensive expertise as a Head of Product in a technology business, ideally in B2B SaaS or digital environments.
Significant experience in CRM products, ideally with complex, multi-client systems at a European level.
Familiarity with integrating and scaling CRM products across diverse markets.
Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams.
Comprehensive understanding of product strategy and development processes.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
