CANDIDATE PROFILE Master’s degree in Information Technology, Economics or Business Administration Fluent in Italian and English Min. 5 years of experience as Project Manager Good capacity for understanding customer issues and ability to adapt your proposals to their challenges Dynamic, perceptive, autonomous and organized Excellent communication skills, customer interaction skills, sales presentation skills High level of commitment, flexibility and assertiveness Preferred: EDI, e-invoicing knowledge, PM certification YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and execute IT projects focusing on EDI, E- Invoicing and MDM, tailored to the Retail/FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Automotive industries.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from analysis to VSR phase, ensuring adherence to customer contracts.
Maintain strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, ISO procedures, risk assessment, and deliverable quality.
Direct the project team, streamline scheduling, task allocation, and monitor progress.
Provide regular updates to the Project Director and other stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the Client Project Manager and their teams to ensure seamless coordination.
