We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Head of Digital Marketing Communications to expand Apparound’s brand presence in the market, generate new qualified leads and increase revenue.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to oversee our digital marketing and communications activities.
This role will focus on driving demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partner marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure continuous lead generation and nurturing, and work with the product marketing team to align branding and product vision with business goals.
We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing Communication preferably based in Tuscany who can attend the office weekly (at least once or twice a week), to meet the team in presence and remotely.
General tasks Responsibilities Oversee all marketing activities: Lead demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, events and partner marketing efforts Lead implementation of end-to-end campaigns that execute on go-to-market plans Lead inbound and outbound digital demand generation and conversion efforts (SEO, PPC, Email, Social etc. ) In close cooperation with Sales, plan and coordinate marketing strategies (events, webinars, PR etc. ) Own relationship with demand generation agencies and contractors Monitor and measure on a weekly basis pipeline health status, focussing on raw leads, MQ Ls, SA Ls, SQ Ls, conversion rates and conversion cost at each stage of the funnel Collaborate with the Sales Team, the Product Team to create strategies and campaigns to expand product usage within existing customer accounts Company Branding, Product Branding and Customer Marketing: Lead on brand and identity related efforts Own look and feel and content of key areas of the website, especially home page, solution pages, conversion-oriented landing pages In close cooperation with the Sales Team, continuously improving pipeline metrics, recruiting and enabling customer advocates to act as references and champions for Apparound and for the company’s strategic selling stories Work with analysts and media to position Apparound as a leader in relevant market categories Own relationships with design and content agencies and contractors Collaborate with the Product Team to implement product content and define branding guidelines Cooperate on the product vision strategy and contribute to prioritizing product features based on market data Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members Marketing Strategy Development Execution: Contribute to the marketing strategy development Execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently Ensure effective resource allocation across various marketing initiatives Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B SaaS marketing Executive Representation Represent the marketing function at the executive level Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the B2B SaaS industry or technology company.
Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, and event planning Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and reporting tools ( Hubspot) Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing marketing spend Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices Knowledge and experience of the current sales software marketplace, such as CR Ms, ERP and CPQ systems Superior oral and written Italian and English communication skills (additional European languages would be ideal) Ability to travel as needed Please note: This is not a 100% full remote working.
