As the front-line employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction.
Your goal should always be to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office.
Responsibilities: Maintains guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel.
Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest services in responding promptly to guest needs.
Meets or exceeds hotel guest satisfaction measures.
Ensures hotel standards and services contribute to the delivery of consistent guest service.
Acts as manager on duty for hotel and manages front desk operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Maintains a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management.
Skills & Knowledge: Hospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management.
C2 level or above, good at oral and written English. 3 to 5 years’ experience in a front office senior management position, preferably in a four-star international hotel.
