As a Front Office Manager, you are the face of our hotel and work with your team to ensure exceptional guest moments - from the warm welcome to the perfect check-out.
Tasks


• Leading and motivating the front office team - you are both a role model and a coach


• Ensuring smooth operations at the reception desk


• Creating shift, vacation and duty rosters


• Responsibility for the department budget and developing strategies to achieve targets


• Continuous optimization of the guest experience

Requirements


• Experience in the front office area as well as first leadership experience


• Passion for excellent service and guest satisfaction


• Very good knowledge of German and English


• IT affinity and quick grasp of new systems


• Team spirit, solution orientation and an open ear for your colleagues
