This establishment is seeking a highly skilled employee to lead the financial operations and drive the hotel’s success : Director of Finance CONTRACT : Full-time contract, 100%, start date?: immediate MISSIONS : The Director of Finance will oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance, strategic financial planning, and operational efficiency such as the following but non-exhaustive activities &, tasks : • Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and cost efficiency • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in line with regulatory standards • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and international financial standards • Manage financial risks and develop strategies to enhance financial sustainability • Supervise and lead the finance team, providing mentorship and performance management • Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies • Optimize cash flow management and financial controls • Collaborate with executive leadership to support business expansion and revenue growth
