Your Role: As an Export Logistics Coordinator, you' ll be at the heart of our freight forwarding operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods from our customers' locations to international markets.
Freight forwarding involves coordinating the movement of goods through various modes of transportation (air, sea, road, or rail), managing documentation, negotiating rates, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Your main responsibilities will include: Coordinating and managing export logistics, including scheduling and documentation.
Preparing shipping documents like master/house B Ls.
Arranging transportation with partners, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery.
Monitoring and tracking shipments, providing updates to stakeholders and customers.
Working with customs brokers to ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintaining and updating shipping records and databases.
Resolving shipping issues such as delays and damages.
Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and find cost-saving opportunities.
What We' re Looking For: Minimum 3 years of experience in export logistics or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in shipping software (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Certification or training in logistics or supply chain management is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
