Descrizione lavoro: What You’ll Be Doing We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of E- Commerce Manager .
You will be included in the Sales Team with the aim of leading and overseeing the entire e-commerce structure within the organization and guiding all key corporate planning moments (i. e.
Marketing Plan, Customer Plan, Performance Reviews…).
This role involves developing and executing the e-commerce strategy, driving growth across all digital sales channels and managing all aspects of the online shopping experience.
The E-commerce Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, trade marketing, logistic & distribution and customer service, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Your Activities Will Include Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals; Define key performance indicators (KP Is) and ensure the team meets or exceeds online sales and market share objectives; Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape to drive business growth; Drive growth in online revenue by identifying new opportunities, expanding digital channels and optimizing existing ones; Define pricing strategy, promotional activities and visibility plan by sub channel to maximize sales and conversion rates; Implement strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value across digital channels; Collaborate with the Marketing team to define the Retail Media Strategy On site and Off site depending on Brand objectives; Manage the e-commerce budget for Retail Media Campaigns, ensuring a continuous improvement of ROI and be able to re-define budget allocation based on market/retailers trends and competition approach; Lead the analysis of e-commerce performance using all the available data (traffic, conversion rates, average price and sell-out/financial performance) and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leaders; Develop and oversee reporting processes for all e-commerce metrics, presenting findings and suggesting improvements; Build and develop a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability; Work closely with sales, trade marketing, marketing, logistics & distribution and customer service teams to ensure alignment and execution of e-commerce strategies; Collaborate with senior leaders to communicate e-commerce goals and progress; Build strong partnership with main e-commerce retailers, e-grocery players and quick commerce platforms; Collaborate with external agencies; Define technology providers to support the e-commerce ecosystem; Implement the Digital Perfect Store execution for the Food Delivery Project in collaboration with Trade Marketing, Area Managers, In-store accounts and National Account Manager On Premise Franchise; Support the Key Account Managers in contract negotiation and ensure the delivery of services that enhance the customer experience and business objectives.
Who We’re Looking For You’ve University Master Degree, preferably in economic matters; You’ve a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in E- Commerce, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales roles in FMGC multinational companies; You’ve fluency in English; You’ve ability to think and act strategically and lead the team towards strategy execution; You’ve good cooperative and decision making skills; You’ve good communication skills.
