They are currently looking for an experienced Dutch speaking Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in central London.
This is a great opportunity to be part of, where you will have the chance to develop your knowledge in a thrilling industry.
This position is a permanent role and offering a hybrid scheme working 2 or 3 days in the office.
Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and selling tickets as well as upselling across the Dutch market.
Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email and chat are being responded to in a timely manner.
Maintaining client/customer satisfaction Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company Translating website content, from English to Dutch.
About you: The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in Dutch as you will be dealing with a variety of customers.
As a Dutch speaking Customer Service Executive, you will become part of a diverse, friendly and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.
