Your role We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern who will support the Automation team in managing different activities.
Main responsibilities: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KP Is) related to Automation Team Year Targets and Project Management Office Deliverables.
Use advanced tools like Excel and other software ( PowerBI) to create detailed reports and dashboards.
Support the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance our dashboards related to Automation Team Year Targets and Project Management Office Deliverables.
Participate in cross-functional projects for innovation and improvement initiatives.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with different stakeholders and ensure smooth workflows.
Main requirements: Educational background: Master’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (e. g. , pivot tables, macros, data visualization).
Good level in Power BI, with experience in building reports, dashboards, and visualizing data.
Basic understanding of Project and Program Economics indicators ( Pay Back, ROI, …).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
Nice to have knowledge of relational databases.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
