Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality assistance to customers, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively in both Italian and English.
• Manage and resolve queries via email, phone, and chat within scheduled working hours.
Requirements
• Native Italian speaker with fluent English (C1 level).
• Flexibility to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00.
• Must hold a European passport or work permit for Malta.
