This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
Your responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone' chat' and email' representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm. - Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions' resolutions' and follow-ups in the CRM system. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience. - Staying updated on Volkswagen Group's latest offerings' policies' and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information. - Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction - Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Our requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role' preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong communication skills' with a minimum C1 level in Italian. - Very good knowledge of English language' minimum B2 level for internal communication' documentation &, training. - Excited about the opportunity to contribute to Volkswagen's continued success and growth in the automotive sector. - The ability to stay composed' tactful' and solution-focused when interacting with customers. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative' solution-oriented mindset. - A passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes at Volkswagen Group.
