Descrizione del lavoro Assicura ad ogni cliente un'accoglienza personalizzata e cordiale Supporta le richieste degli ospiti (es. transfer privati, noleggio auto, visite guidate, prenotazioni di ristorantiecc. ) Provvede ai controlli e alla sicurezza con relativi interventi in caso di necessitàutilizza un sistema di videosorveglianza per monitorare la sicurezza in hotel Ensures every guest a personalized and friendly welcome Supports guest requests (ex: private transfers, car rental, guided tours, restaurant reservations, etc. ) Provides for checks and security with related interventions in case of need Uses a video surveillance system to monitor hotel security Qualifiche Diploma o qualifica ( Chiavi doro FAIPA) Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.
E richiesta la conoscenza di altre due lingue tra inglese, franceseo tedesco Esperienza pluriennale maturata nel ruolo con elevati standard di servizio Massima serietà, etica professionale Conoscenza PC Patente B Completano il profilo: comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e problem solving Diploma or qualification ( Golden keys FAIPA) Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
