Role Description

This is an internship role for a Concierge at The Westin Palace, Milan. The Concierge Intern will be responsible for providing excellent concierge services, handling reservations, communication with guests, performing receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is an on-site position located in the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area.

• Concierge Services and Reservations skills


• Communication and Receptionist Duties skills


• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service


• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge of the local area and attractions


• Fluency in English and Italian is required, additional languages are a plus


• Hospitality or related field studies are a plus
