Computer Vision Algorithm/SW Engineer

We’re growing! Our Autonomous Driving team in Parma ( Italy) is seeking a Computer Vision Algorithm/SW Engineer to join the team.   The opening is for a computer vision scientist in the field of automotive ADAS and Autonomous Driving applications.
The successful candidate will play a leading role in the development of state-of-the-art obstacle tracking, D reconstruction and visualization algorithms based on computer vision and machine learning.   Responsibilities:• Develop computer vision and machine learning algorithms/support tools with a strong focus on robustness and efficiency;  • Integrate new algorithms in existing Autonomous Driving framework; • Produce documentation and reports to facilitate collaboration with colleagues; • Participate to the preparation and/or participation, even not continuously, to the experimental activities and company’s test in real scenarios, in other words acquisition data activities and experimentation/automatic driving test.
Requirements:• A master degree in Computer Engineering, CS or equivalent; • Experience in the development of CV algorithms, experience in D point cloud processing is a plus; • Experience in machine learning is a plus;  • Solid understanding of projective geometry, linear algebra, non-linear optimization and numerical methods; • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; • Good C/C++/ Python design and development skill; • Ability to learn different programming languages and to quick context switch; • Good verbal and written communication skills; Please find at this link our privacy disclaimer dedicated to candidate’s data, accordingly to the GDPR:
